BAH, THIS TOOK SO LONG TO WRITE UP AND IT KINDA SUCKS.
Or rather, it isn't very pretty. But..I hope it is at least semi-informative?

But as someone who did Cell-shaded art for like..ever, I figured I'd share my method of going WHEEEEEE, LETS GO PAIINNTTTTTT.

A good resource.
(I didn't even explain how I overlay my textures....... Which is with a low opacity 'overlay' layer until it looks right)
